Enter our competition to win a double ticket for the Friday night performance on 27 September, 2013!

Providing theatre productions to the Geneva community since 1933, the Geneva English Drama Society (GEDS) offers a diverse program of plays with a wide variety of styles and periods. A typical season includes 3-4 full stage productions and 20 fortnightly staged playreadings, plus workshops and social events. The playreadings normally attract 50-100 people, and provide on-stage roles for both experienced and aspiring actors.

To kick off the autumn season, GEDS is staging the popular black comedy by Joe Orton, called “LOOT” – a farce that satirizes the church, attitudes to death, the integrity of the police force and other social norms.

The Geneva Amateur Operatic Society are offering knowitall.ch clients the chance to win a double ticket with light supper to view their upcoming prodution of “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.”

Directed by Rachel Ash, this enchanting musical comedy will tell you everything you’ve secretly wanted to know about dating, mating and marriage, husbands, wives, kids and in-laws but were afraid to ask! Parents who talk baby talk, men who talk and women who pretend to listen, infidelity and the injustice of long lines for the ladies room are just some of the issues that are hilariously skewed in Joe Di-Petro’s and Jimmy Roger’s hugely successful musical review.

Four actors take on more than twenty characters as they face the trials and tribulations of dealing with the opposite sex. The show is presented as a series of vignettes connected by the central theme of love and relationships.  Most of the scenes are independent from each other, but progress in a fashion designed to suggest an overall arc to relationships throughout the course of one's life.

Following the huge success of this show on 22 January, there will be a second perfomance of:
