5 double tickets to be won for the English Stand Up comedy show on Friday, 5 December!
There will be 3 English Stand Up shows at the 25th edition of the Montreux Comedy Festival, which takes place this year between 4 and 8 December.
And luckily for knowitall.ch readers, the organizers have, once again, kindly offered us 5 double tickets for the first of these shows, which will run over 3 nights on 5, 6 and 8 December, 2014.
Featuring the crème de la crème of English stand-up comedians, this year’s performances will see appearances from the Egyptian Hashem El Garhy, the South African Loyiso Gola, the Frenchman François Yacine Bejhousse (performing in English of course!), as well as the American Mike Lebowitz, winner of the 2013 English Comedy Contest, and a handful of comedians from the Middle East.

Opening on London’s West End stage in 1981 with a plot based on T.S Eliot’s "Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats", the award-winning musical CATS, composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, has become one of the world’s best-known and best-loved musicals. CATS is currently the second-longest running show in Broadway history, and the fourth-longest running West End musical.
Since it opened in 1981, the show has been translated into 20 languages and presented all over the world, keeping its original English title. To keep the show on the road in this region, the Geneva Amateur Operatic Society will present its own version this Spring, which will be performed at the Aula de Nyon-Marens between the 16th and 24th May, 2014.
