On January 24, at noon, GastroVaud will be offering a delicious plate of papet, accompanied by cabbage sausage, in the squares of 10 towns in Vaud.

Enjoy this free meal in a friendly atmosphere, in honor of our culinary traditions and Vaud independence. This event is organized in collaboration with the Association Charcuterie Vaudoise IGP and the Fédération vaudoise des producteurs de légumes.
