Forest of trees has grown up in the heart of the castle. Come and join in the preparations for Christmas with the fortress’s inhabitants, and take part in dances and workshops run by craftsmen of yesteryear as you wander through the centuries-old halls.

Find the programs on the website for the first weekend (November 29 and 30), the second weekend (December 6 and 7), and the last weekend (December 13 and 14).

For the occasion, a special menu will be prepared by Café Byron.

Weekend November 29/30:
Cream of chestnut soup with foie gras and roasted celery, Valais dry bacon chips CHF 20.
Salmon koulibiac, saffron espuma CHF 30.
Lime bavarois and caramelized apples CHF 10.

Weekend December 6/7:
Foie gras escalope with figs, beetroot tuile with horseradish CHF 24
Grilled pike steak, Clos de Chillon beurre blanc, candied baby potatoes and mini vegetables CHF 30
Duo of candied mandarin and speculoos mousse CHF 10

Weekend of December 13/14:
Two-color salmon gravlax, combawa mousse, honey sweet potato chips CHF 24
Farm-raised pork tenderloin confit with château herbs, bed of vitelotte potatoes, butternut squash and chestnut velouté CHF 30
