Enjoy a generous royal brisolée in front of the Scierie in Grimentz.

The royal brisolée is being organised this year by Télémark Club de Grimentz/St-Jean, right in the centre of the village of Grimentz. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm, with everyone sharing a table, and musical entertainment all day long.

The meal includes roasted chestnuts, local cheeses, Anniviers cured meats, autumn fruit, rye bread and Valais grape mou.
