For this third edition, our herder David Huber has teamed up with the Philippona family—herders and cheesemakers from the Jaman mountain pasture—and with Pierre Morard, a herder in the hamlet of Les Pontets (above Les Avants), to organize this cattle drive, whose main route will be visible from the Grésalley mountain pasture all the way to its arrival at the tennis courts in Caux. The herds belonging to the Philippona family and Pierre Morard will continue on to Les Chevalleyres (above Blonay) and Glion, respectively.

The animals will arrive in three waves: first, the Philippona family’s herd will arrive around 11:00 a.m. in front of the tennis courts before continuing on to Blonay; 30 minutes later, Pierre Morard and his herd will follow, also continuing on to Glion; and bringing up the rear will be David Huber’s herd.
