Geneva’s March café will be led by executive leadership coach and consultant Megan Warren. She is a behaviour change & systems practitioner who supports teams to make changes to their ways of communicating and collaborating.

This café theme is about the things that we can’t seem to solve in our lives that are rarely problems of values or intelligence but rather the result of moments that have overwhelmed us emotionally - moments we didn’t have the space or capacity to process so were pushed down and we moved on. We will explore how that emotional weight turns into defensiveness, withdrawal etc and how we can learn to process what we’ve been carrying for the better.

ConsciousCafe is run by volunteers and provides a space for people to come together to have meaningful connections and conversation in a friendly, respectful café environment.
