Fondue Train

Embark on a journey back in time, by taking a seat in the recently renovated 1943 car, the 1895 bar car or the 1925 restaurant car. A historic train that will take you from Morges to Bière station.

Make yourself comfortable, relax with an aperitif and enjoy the view of Lake Geneva and the vineyards. This before enjoying a good fondue carefully prepared and served by Chef Stéphane Brioschi - Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière, and finishing with a dessert of meringue, double cream and seasonal fruits.

Your meal
All in tradition and taste, the menu proposes an aperitif composed of homemade flutes, raw ham and dried meat, a fondue and a double cream meringue as a conclusion. Some would say that a fondue remains a fondue but when the cheese is specially selected for La Voie des Sens by the Fromagerie Kämpf in Bière and Cottens, it takes on a new flavor!

Your schedule
You will embark at 6:50 pm at Morges station in the retro train composed of period vehicles. Departure is scheduled at 7:14 pm precisely and the journey will take you to Bière with crossings at Chigny, Yens, Apples and Ballens.

Your arrival in Bière is scheduled for 9:40 pm, where you will have time to finish your discussion, your coffee and enjoy chatting with the craftsmen present! Before taking the regular train, which leaves Bière at 22:19.

Your return to Morges is scheduled for 10:49 pm.
