The weekend of Pentecost is the traditional rendezvous over 30 years for all lovers of steam and railway nostalgia. Steam trains departing from Vevey, return at the end of the day using electric traction. Make sure to visit the rest of the museum while you are there.

The Blonay-Chamby railway-museum opened in 1968:
135 years for the oldest locomotive in the collection, the Steam Tram No. 7 of Mulhouse.
90 years of the youngest locomotive in the collection, the Deutsche Bundesbahn No. 99193

During the event:
Steam trains in double traction from Vevey in the morning
Bernina" electric train from Blonay to Vevey in the late afternoon
Timetable from Blonay, mostly in steam traction
Hot and cold catering at Chaulin-Musée
Circulation of our two refreshment cars in our convoys.

To get to the Chaulin Museum, you have to take our historical trains from the stations of Blonay or Chamby.

ACCESS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
From Geneva, Lausanne or Brig:
Train (mainline SBB) or boat (CGN) to Vevey.
Connection at Vevey station on track 7 with the MVR to Blonay.

ACCESS BY CAR
Highway A9 (Lausanne-Brig), exit N° 14 Vevey, follow St-Légier then Blonay.
Numerous parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the Blonay train station.
