End of Summer Picnic & BBQ

Dear Members and Friends of the Geneva Irish Association,

We are excited to invite you to our end of summer family picnic and BBQ.The event will take place from 1pm on Saturday 9th September 2017 in Parc de la Perle du Lac, Geneva. We will be near the lake in front of the Musée d'histoire des sciences. I have included below a screenshot showing the area.

We would invite you to bring along your own picnic and there are fixed BBQ cooking facilities available there should you wish to use them. The Geneva Irish Association will offer some beverages for adults and children on the day.

We would be grateful if you could please confirm your attendance by replying to this e-mail in order to facilitate the organisation.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible in what promises to be a great day.

Please Note that if the weather is not on our side we may have to re-arrange the event to another date. We will confirm if this will be necessary a number of days in advance.
