BolderkidsIf you’re planning on heading up to the mountains this Summer, but are wondering how you might best protect your younger children against the elements, then you might like to take a look at a new range of products recently launched by local company, BolderKids.

Launched in March of last year, and headed up by local entrepreneur, Michelle Guiliano, BolderKids is offering a small range of products, which use Swiss materials and have been specially designed for the 0-4 year old range.

At the heart of their new clothing range is the Go Farther Performance Infant Carrier Bag, certain to be a winner outdoors, particularly high up on the colder slopes. Combining great functionality with a stylish look, it is currently available in a neutral grey anthracite color, and can be purchased with matching Sidewinder Mittens and Sidewinder Booties, extending the use of the carrier into the much colder Winter months.

As a Mum herself, Michelle is very much aware of the small details in children’s clothing, which can make such a difference to everyday living. For example, both the mittens and booties have been made extra long to ensure they never fall off and will protect those critically important and often over-exposed baby extremities.

The new collection makes use of Swiss technical performance materials from Schoeller Technologies, which are part of their bluesign approved line of fabrics.  Bluesign is the "new" highest fabric standard that demands responsible and ethical production practices, and includes testing materials for over 850 banned chemicals and minimizing waste water and power consumption.

The new items can be currently purchased through the company, Au Berceau d’Or, details of which can be found at www.auberceaudor.com. A video showing the carriers in action can also be viewed on the BolderKids website, at www.bolderkids.com.
