JEUNE GENEVOIS
Thursday, 9 September 2021
Local holiday in the Canton of Geneva only. Same rules apply as for national holidays - be prepared to find local shops, businesses, and schools shut. However, the rest of the country and across the border remains open, so take advantage. Vaud and Neuchâtel will have their chance soon for Jeûne Fédéral (Monday, 20 September)!

Why not take advantage on Thursday and organize a barbecue or picnic with friends? And don't forget to eat the traditional plum pie (tarte aux pruneaux)!
