LAST CHANCE: AUTOROUTE VIGNETTE
A reminder that the autoroute vignette, which is necessary for those who travel on any portion of the Swiss autoroute (highway/motorway), must be purchased. These stickers are available at gas/petrol stations, shops, tabac/kiosks, border crossings, post offices, and other locations. The price is once again Fr. 40.- for the calendar year, and you have until Thursday, 31 January 2019, to display it on your windscreen.

MOLIERE'S THE MISANTHROPE
Théâtre de Carouge
5-8 February 2019 (with English surtitles on 1 and 6 February)
Held at La Cuisine, Carouge
Upon arriving at the theater, the spectator is issued an electronic tablet that displays subtitles in one of several available languages during the actual performance, usually English or French. Each tablet has a wireless connection to the Theatre’s sound booth, where a specialist controls the streaming of subtitles in sync with the real time performance. Click here for more information.

The Swiss hot air balloon capital, Château-d’Oex in the Vaudois Alps plays host to hundreds of hot air balloons in January of each year.
