The Swiss arm of Expatica.com, the organisation providing news and information to the expat community in Switzerland, has recently extended its Ask the Expert service, to include a new service targeted at expats looking for advice and tips on how to make the best of life here.

If you have any questions, all you need to do is visit their website and post an email to Expatica's newest experts, the Expat Aunts and Uncles! Ludmilla Skinner is Expatica Switzerland's Expat Aunt, a professional life coach who understands what it’s like to be an expat there. You can write to her by visiting http://www.expatica.com/ch/ask_expert.html and selecting Expat Aunt & Uncle.

Running fitness coach, Leigh Anne Boonzaier, is offering expats the chance to learn the "art of running".  She has designed a program targeted at men and women who either want to lose weight or simply want to "get fit".  Her clients range from post-pregnancy mums, to leisure runners and those wishing to train for a half marathon or 10km run.

A new group will be starting from  May 1st, targeting both English- and French-speaking families who have a close relative suffering from an eating disorder.  The course will be particular useful to parents who have to deal with a child or teenager  who suffers from this condition.

The groups will be for 6 to 8 people and will last for an hour and a half. They will run Thurday  from 12.30 to 14.00 and  Monday from 18.00 to 19.30.
