Join one of Australia's most well travelled comedians as he returns to Edmonton with a poetic journey of great proportions - and portions of bread - as he tackles his most emotionally and physically grueling adventure yet, walking the infamous pilgrim's route, Camino de Santiago accross an entire country. Unprepared. For 40 days on blistered feet and a diet of pastry, tapas, wine and sangria, encountering interesting and often not so interesting characters from all walks of life, in search of answers, but mostly in search of a hot shower, a bottom bunk and wi-fi. Faced with injuries, getting lost, scortching temperatures in barren deserts, angry dogs, ugly french snorers, bed bugs, borrowed shoes, stollen sticks and a broken back pack, not to mention getting caught up in a political revolution, this is a tale you'll want to hear, but glad you didn't live !
