Do you get the sense that you could get so much more from your mentoring / being mentored, but don’t quite know how?
The modality of mentoring is an ancient but much misunderstood one. Its label and application are often an excuse for variable and ineffective interactions with people, or an excuse to give meaningless and irrelevant advice. This workshop is for those who would like to harness the power of mentoring and are either mentoring others or being mentored by others, or plan to do so at some point in the future. You will learn the ‘how’ of mentoring as well as the ‘what’ and how you can gain maximum benefit.
Maria has significant experience in introducing Mentoring to organisations and teaching the fundamentals of Mentoring having rolled out various Mentor Programmes, in particular throughout Barclays Africa. More recently, Maria and Daniel deployed a successful Global Mentoring Pilot for one of the multinationals in the Lake Geneva region.
