In a typical season, GEDS puts on three mainstage productions and about 20 playreadings (one every other week). Working together on a production can be a very rewarding way to make friends, learn new skills, and have fun. GEDS members have diverse interests and talents. Some members have no experience at all when they join but are keen to learn - and members are keen to teach.

GAOS depends entirely on the unpaid spare time of its members to create the magic of musical theater. Participants direct, act, play musical instruments, or sing and dance on stage, while others take responsibility for all the technical areas of theater, such as lighting, costumes, make-up, set design and construction, props, sound effects, and sound amplification. From time to time, they organize workshops on specific aspects of theater. Three or four shows a year including pantomime, musicals, operettas, and music hall. A youth group puts on a show during the summer vacation. A large choral group offers a number of concerts of more serious music throughout the year. While GAOS is mostly English-speaking, it does welcome a large number of nationalities.

A charming and hilarious traveling solo puppeteer who creates and performs different shows in various locations throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

Based in Divonne, Theatre Someone is a fully fledged Association recognised by the French authorities.
It grew out of conversations between like-minded theatre enthusiasts who were interested in using their various talents to create small, simply staged, innovative productions in interesting venues. This lead to 'Someone Who'll Watch Over Me' by Frank McGuiness in October 2009.
Staged in the round, it was 'toured' to various small venues in Geneva and neighbouring France. The very positive response from the audiences encouraged us to continue.  Our next show is in July, the World Premier of 'Miss Jane Austen invites...' and will be followed in October by 'Waiting for Godot'
